No systematic data on tertiary gender gaps
High schools in Switzerland lack access to data on the tertiary study choices of their students. Schools have no information on the gender gap in STEM among their students.

New online platform with school-specific insights
Partnering with the Swiss Federal Statistics Office, we provide high-school leaderships with detailed, school-specific insights on the gender gap in STEM choice. Schools can access their data through a school profile on a new online platform.

Project funding and outlook
I have acquired project funding of CHF 200,000 (USD 230,000) from the Federal Office for Gender Equality, Ernst Göhner Stiftung, and ETH Zurich. In the future, we want to expand the service to all secondary schools in Switzerland, including vocational schools.
